I disable adds-on in free plugin and solved.

I disabled all plugins but still the error

OK. I see the error, is adds-on compatibility.

Do you have any errors if you enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file that is myCRED related?
-No
Is it just the button that is not showing?
-The button update configurations not act when I click
Does the accordion work?
-Yes
Can you see for example “Core Settings” and “Management”?
-Yes
If you do, do they expand when you click on the title or nothing happens?
-Yes, expand when i click
Also do you have any custom code added to adjust how myCRED works?
-No
