I have had contact with my theme support and they answered that this is probably a plugin related issue. Also I think we have had this issue before in the past, and going through support tickets it might be fixable by changing some settings in the Events Manager Pro plugin. Although I have not been able to find which settings this might be.
Do you have a suggestion of what might be the setting to change this?
