they managed to log in and told me I was using the username wrong!?!? I don’t know what that means but anyway afterwards I was able to log in. I installed the MainWP plugin and played around a little and left it to finish the setup later. but today I can’t open the subdomain (neither the login page nor the frontend interface). I get “this page is not available”

I opened another ticket with the support, let’s see if they can fix it

my hosting support guys are looking at it now, hopefully they’ll solve it soon

the reason I want to install a subdomain is to install the main-wp plugin there and then monitor/backup/update all my other sites and client sites from there. but maybe there is a better option?

I installed the Code Snippets plugin, activated it and pasted in your code and activated it but nothing happens. It didn’t make any change at all.. any suggestions?

I got the FTP login and I opened the file from the error message

I guess this is causing the problem:

Esmi: what can I do about it? I just registered the domain and directed the DNS to this new hosting and trying to install it with Fantastico… I thought Fantastico creates automatically database and everything…

I payed someone on fiverr and they managed to get rid of the problem, so I can log in to my page but I don’t want to mess with the code anymore, so I’m just gonna skip the map

I didn’t make a back up and I have no idea where to find that zip file ?? I installed WP with Fantastico.
