Es la misma IP.

Dándole seguimiento a este error. Me confirma CCR que la IP si está agregada al whitelist. Mi proveedor es Cloudways.

Por el momento tengo desactivado el plugin pero me gustaría comprar una licencia y utilizar todas las funcionalidades.

Te dejo unos datos que tomé utilizando el plugin Query Monitor, parece que el plugin está utilizando un montón de transients lo que aumenta el # de queries también.

Hi @alarez just as a quick update, I was able to configure the Proxy by using the information provided here and researching some other over the internet. It would be good to include additional steps/references on how to configure the plugin via Proxy, considering some other shop owners may use shared-hosting solutions rather than dedicated/VPC ones. Just my two cents.

Other the that, I think this is a great plugin and brings tons of value to shop owners and customers.

Thanks for your inputs. Would you share a good how-to guide to accomplish the Proxy configuration pathway? I have already created an Ubuntu Droplet (thanks for the referral) but not sure how to properly setup what you described above (not a server savvy here). Any additional guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @marodok Yes, they already whitelisted them and my server has OpenSSL and SOAPClient enabled. I will check if port82 is open or being blocked by a firewall, hopefully that helps.

Hi @marodok thanks for replying back, sandly that didn’t work for me, still the same error. Would you share some extra details on your configuration? Maybe I’m missing something server-side.
