HI, i didn’t find a solution to access to woocommerce support and pop up chat. When i try to go in woocommerce support page i always see the page with 4 step and below account button (wordpress) and never riceive any mail to proceed… Is there a siplier method to support?

thank you for your answer. I tried to follow your step but when i click on woocommerce -> My Account ->Support I see a window where tell me that an email has sended me to proceed with support page. But i didn’t receive it and also in spam folder there wasn’t any mail. I followed also the 4 step (with log out and log in… but i can’t proceed. I tried also to write in AI chat but it tell me that i need a support plan with woocommerce and not with wordpres.com. But i’m follow your woocommerce link.

Please let me know hot to fix it or a new direct link where i can write by email or any other ticketing system.

yes I tried it. But perhaps i didn’t explain well my need. I have to use my actually rule that allow free shipping whem customer put in basket amount over 99,01€.

At the same time I need to show the notice only when cart amount is over than 85,00€ that inform customer about 14,01€ left to free shipping.

I already tried to create 2 different rules but in this way customer see 2 different shipping method to choose in checkout.

Do you understand my need? thank you for your support
