Hi ,
this topic is not solved yet, why has it been marked as solved.

This is not a smart way to manage support requests in my opinion, and could be an explanation to why this topic has been forgotten for all this time.

Three more weeks have passed, by the way… any news from lead developer?

Great, thanks!

Now tooltips work, but they are full of unparsed shortcodes that make them unreadable.

I think best ops would be to automatically remove them from tooltip.

Is there anything alse I can do about it?

Update:
I have installed jQuery Migrate Helper, now tooltips seem to work but they show Enfold theme shortcodes mixed with text.

Is there anything I can do about it?

Hi,
I unchecked “Encode Subject line using UTF-8” in bbpnns settings as you suggested but I still see unwanted chars in subject line.

Hi everibody,
I solved the problem using “Transients Manager” plugin:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/transients-manager/

Here is what I did.

1) istall and activate plugin
2) go to Tools > Transients
3) look for “_woocommerce_upload_directory_status”
3) edit transient value from “unprotected” to “protected”

It worked for me.

Hi,
same problem here after updating WooCommerce to 4.1.0
I disabled and reenabled the plugin but it didn’t work.

Changing wc-update-db-reminder value in wc_admin_notes table, as suggested by Amanda, solved the issue.
