Hello! I have the same problem (it’s not just an “issue” anymore) and no clue on how can it be fixed. Please help! ??

As we had in the past same problem and it took a long time for you to solve it I just will change the plugin to a better one and please for whoever is reading this be careful with this plugin in the free version gives a lot of problems. Also the support es terrifying.

Just I beg you not to lose time in a chat, I need you to see this issue that WooCommerce support has found, of couse I wont share credentials here:

The performance of the site is being greatly affected by the plugins
active on that site. I couldn't narrow this down to a single, specific
plugin -- my conclusion is that it's the combination of them that is
causing the slowness. Based on my tests, these are the ones mostly
impacting the speed:

* YITH WooCommerce Wishlist

The speed improved a lot when I switched to a default theme and disabled
all plugins except for WooCommerce.

A nivel de servidor he probado a desactivar temporalmente la medida de seguridad en tu cuenta (el firewall) y el problema de que no se muestre el incon-heart en la whitelist gestionada por YiTh continúa, por lo que descartaríamos algo relacionado con el servidor.

Si busco en foros oficiales de WordPress veo problemas similares donde el propio soporte de Yith gestiona las respuestas a las incidencias de los usuarios.

Todo apunta a que el propio soporte sea quien deba solucionarte esta incidencia, por lo que para ello solo tendrías que darle el acceso como te hemos indicado.
