I don’t know a webiste for introducing new plugins, but this is the URL of the list of all WordPress plugins ordered from newest to oldest:

So, in order to spread the word about your plugins, I can recommend you the following:

– Upload your new plugins to the www.ads-software.com repository with as much info as possible in the description, banner image, FAQ page, info how to install it…
– Answer the questions of your plugin’s specific support forums, for people to see that it’s supporter or they can be helped
– Publish one or two posts in your own website about your plugin, what it does, what it tried to solve, etc. with a link to its page in the repository.
– Share the link in your social media, invite people you know to test it and to share their experience using it.
– Join the closest WordPress Meetup group to your city, where you’ll be able to show your plugins to other WP enthusiasts and to learn from them new stuff as well. You can find the closest WP Meetup group to you here: https://www.meetup.com/pro/wordpress/

That seems to be an issue with your hosting company. I’d suggest you to get in contact with its support service and ask the, for the origin of the problem, they should point you out to the right direction or to solve it.

Menus are taken care of by the theme. What theme are you using in your site?

So, you’ve tried manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required).

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

An easy way is to use a Media Download plugin, which gives your users the ability to download digital media files from your site. For example:

There you’ll find all steps to troubleshoot. WordPress works fine on it’s own. These issues have been proven to be with specific plugins and themes, most of which are fixed, you just have to upgrade your themes and plugins :-). This is normal. You cannot upgrade WP and not the plugins and themes.

That’s probably because some security’s settings of a plugin. Try accessing the site adding to your domain: wp-login.php

I can see the login form in that url, so you should be able to access the site from there.

Have you checked if the ‘Featured Image’ is still enabled in the ‘Screen Options’ when creating/editing a post? [Check image: https://cdn4.wpbeginner.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/featuredimage-display.png%5D

Another option, it could easily be another plugin or your theme getting in the way of that, can you try swapping your theme to Twenty Twelve to test?
