En mi caso el problema es la última actualización del plugin Siteground Security 1.2.9. Todavía estoy intentando resolverlo con ellos.

Idem, he realizado un ticket de soporte en MP.

También estamos alojados en SITEGROUND. Se me ocurre que puede ir por el plugin de seguridad de ellos.

Voy a iniciar un reclamo por ese lado también y los informo cualquier novedad.

Mismo problem…

Desde ayer 21-06-2022 el plugin no actualiza el estado del cobro en Woo. Queda en “Pendiente de Pago” y sin embargo el pago se efectua de manera correcta ya que se visualiza en la actividad/ detalle de cobro de Mercadopago. Utilizo Woocommerce Versión 6.6.1 / Mercado Pago payments for WooCommerce Ver 5.8.0 / Tema Divi Versión: 4.17.4 / WordPress 6.0. Todos los parametros solicitados por el plugin estan OK – Color Verde (SSL, ExtensionesGD, Curl, 1.integracion, 2.Personalizacion, 3.Configuración, 4.Testeo – Modo Producción)
En la edición del pedido en Woo, apartado Mercadopago se muestra en blanco sin información alguna.

Hola @sigmareef buenos días! No tuve respuesta alguna por parte de @mercadopago. Espero que algún día se dignen a responder ya que considero que es un bug de su propio plugin. Se ve que mucho no les interesa.

I still don′t understand why the non official plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-mercadopago/ from Claudio Sanches does work perfectly and the official plugin from Mercadopago does not. Let me know when you solve the problem…please

Good afternoon.

I am having difficulties with your pluggin. There’s an option to include the shipping by OCA whenever someone makes a purchase on the site. The prices shown on the site do not incluye de tax fee(IVA). However when the price of our store passes to the getaway of Mercado Pago the final price does not include the tax fee (IVA) of the shipping.

I would appreciate you could give me any solution. I attach the link to a product of our store suitable por shipping by OCA so you can verify the error.

The problem appeared when I uploaded the oficial plugin. With the non official plugin from www.ads-software.com repository done by Claudio Sanches it worked perfectly.

I have been using this one, but I decided to upload the oficial Mercadopago plug in because it has much more options, and beacuse it is official. However this problem appears whenever the total amount of the shopping cart is tranfered to the MP Payment Gateway It won′t transfer the same amount of money. In fact it takes out the tax fee.

I attach both screenshots so you can see what I mean. I am using the standard checkout.
