I may have found the problem/solution.

Installing the latest version of LiteSpeed Cache, and selecting the Remove Google Fonts option, they seem not to be loaded anymore.

In fact the 3.2.3 plugin changelog says this:

Page Optimize** Fixed an issue with Font Display Optimization which caused Google Fonts to load incorrectly.

It was probably a problem with the previous version of LiteSpeed Cache.

In case the problem occurs again I will let you know!
