In reply to: [CMP - Coming Soon & Maintenance Plugin by NiteoThemes] Multiple domainsHmm, that is super strange behaviour, I would suspect it is somehow connected to “auto sign-in and sign-out” WPML function, since it log out the user and and sign it back again. Maybe CMP kicks in before the sign in action.
But if that works on Edge/Chrome then I don’t think it is relevant. It might be something with different Cookies handling on FF.
I guess, if you disable CMP, then you are logged-in in FF after changing to another language.
Maybe as a workaround, you could set a bypass in CMP, and try it to use it in a FireFox, it sets a Cookie to bypass CMP. Just be aware, it will bypass CMP even when you are logged out.
But to be honest, I am out of ideas/options as well.
Oh yes, that is correct – I misunderstood your question.
When setting up a timer, local time zone from browser is used. Once this setting is saved and accessed from different timezone/location, it will correctly display the time remaining.
We decided to not use the WordPress timezone settings, because many customers have hosted server outside of their local timezone and got confused by that later.
Hope it make sense, Ales
The fonts get uploaded to your media folder, so I believe they can be deleted in media library in your admin.

hi @aqdrk, thanks for your suggestion. Yes, there is a lot of Google Fonts missing because we decided to allow only top 100 used Google fonts for better settings page performance.
We will look into it, and update the list if possible.

hello, i will check it out, I believe it requires to whitelist some url for Avada forms. What is the website/page you are having the issues?

In reply to: [CMP - Coming Soon & Maintenance Plugin by NiteoThemes] update failed -1alright, check http or PHP logs, i would say it is something with access rights to plugins folder.
Hello @micjoh, thanks for your feedback.
We are sorry we did not resolve the issue or even did not contact you. I double checked our inbox, but there is no email regarding any image issue for last 2 weeks.
Maybe your email ended up in our spam folder, not really sure what happened.
We usually reply within 1-3 working days, and we are always happy to troubleshoot issues both on paid and free requests(which you can see here in support requests forum).
To your issue, yes unfortunately our plugin is not compatible with EWWW Image Optimizer. This is a known bug, I tried to contact their developers already to help to resolve the issue, but so far with no luck.
Btw, if you are in any way not happy with the purchase, we do offer a full refund if the issue can’t be resolved.
Cheers, Ales
Hey, it uses a server time when setup and then it is using local user timezone so I believe it should always work as expected.

In reply to: [CMP - Coming Soon & Maintenance Plugin by NiteoThemes] Multiple domainsHmm, that is weird. Your setups is like this?
domain.com/LANG1 and domain.com/LANG2?
Logged in as admin should always bypass CMP page, are you sure it is now somehow cached?
Hello, thanks for using our plugin. There are three themes you can choose from in the CMP settings – to use the counter, choose CMP Countdown theme https://niteothemes.com/cmp-coming-soon-maintenance/?theme=countdown which supports counter.
maybe it is not clear from the settings, buy you can insert a custom bypass phrase.
hello, sure, simply put a new bypass phrase in the settings and enable bypass.
Hello, yes that is correct, but you are using a custom login URL(/login), which needs to be whitelisted in the CMP first as per our documentation.
At this stage, you need to access wp-content/plugins folder by FTP to your server and delete the CMP plugin to deactivate it.
Ales
if not installed locally, then it’s only your hosting company option.
Hello, coming soon is server side rendered and is not depenending on your browser. Must be a caching issue. Btw I don’t see coming soon on your website in Chrome, so I guess it is a actually your Chrome caching issue.
There is a cached website by this, please disable that plugin or delete cache.
