Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Where to find “Cheatin’ ,huh?”I need to change it for myself, because somehow my clients end up going there quite often (I have a plugin that unfortunately triggers permission verification errors).
Thanks!
Thanks Stiofan!
Where can I find the consent with the timestamp in the database?Hello,
I am aware this would be customization, so beyond the scope of support.
I’m just saying that i would be a very insightful content you should consider, since Iubenda is one of the most popular all-in-one service for GDPR compliance, and it might be resourceful to have such a guide – or, eve, better, an add-on for smooth integration, for which I’d be willing to pay!Anyway, I need consent because during the registration process I collect sensitive data, and users must accept the terms in which that data is collected, stored and used – hence, the privacy policy.
In the UWP registration form, I have both the “Terms and Condition” and the “GDPR Policy” fields, both required. So, of course, if someone register, they have to accept them by checking the checkbox. This means that all the registered account gave the consent. But this is kind of implicit: I also need explicit proof of that, with a timestamp of the moment in which the consent was give. For this reason, I decided to use Iubenda Consent Solution.
For me, an integration with consent solution like Iubenda’s seems to be the natural evolution of the GDPR Field in the Signup form.Unfortunately redirection after login does not apply to my case, because in this way all logged in users would be redirected, instead I only want to redirect users after their first login (when they login after the activation).
