It seems like most of the meta data is being handed over to Zapier.
However, the url for the tracking is not (despite it being viewable directly within the order page) – any idea how we can get this included?
Hi Zorem,
Thanks for getting back to me on this.
That’s helpful to know. Is it a fairly technical process to access that data programmatically via the API? Basically, I need us to fetch that meta data within Zapier, but not sure how to get it over there.
Can you advise on the process of fetching it from a AST standpoint? Once I have that, I can crosscheck with Zapier.
The fields we need:

(2) Shipping Provider
(3) Date shippedForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Merge tags missing after sync (?)Hi there,
Yes, they are connected to the same audience, but the intent is to have a unique tag and/or segment set for users that come from each site.
Is it not possible to set it up like this with one audience?
After writing this, I readded the merge tags to my mailchimp account and re-synced the website with the larger database, and it updated the mailchimp audience and inputted the majority of the fields.
Can you confirm if the syncing of the second site is indeed what caused the data to go missing (and to remove the merge tags)?
Hi Eva,
I reached out over e-mail, I hope to hear soon.
As an update, I went ahead and set the default variable product, and now the feed is showing 41 products instead of 33.
However, it is still not uploading the 8 variable products and is still showing the two nonexistent glitched products.

Very strange.
Ah, that’s too bad. That would be a good feature for in the future.
Also, I am still having trouble adding the feed to Facebook Catalog Manager.
See here: https://i.ibb.co/yfc9dvm/Whats-App-Image-2019-10-29-at-4-31-21-PM.jpg
My website has 33 simple products, but it is only adding 31. 2 of the 33 appear to be glitched, but I am unable to see which two they are. I checked all of the products on my site, and each definitely has a product id, description and image added.
Also, it is not detecting the 8 variable products that we have setup now and adding those. Not sure what’s complicating this and preventing it from uploading properly.
Hi Eva,
Is it possible to have it so instead of a certain variation being pre-selected, it is set for the “Choose an option” field? In my case, we are not doing color variations — we are showing size variations. As certain sizes are sold out, Facebook will begin showing “sold out” for the entire product — despite there still being availability of other products.
I’d like to keep “Choose an option” as the default size when people visit the page. Is it possible to add one variation of my variable products, but keep “Choose an option” as the default option?
Also, another thing I noticed after adding the feed is that the prices listed for each of the products include taxes. Instead, I would like to have it setup so it lists the price before taxes. Which price id should I have setup in order to achieve this?
Alex
That seemed to do the trick. Thanks!
Alex
For some reason the link didn’t work above.

Great. Thanks for clarifying. I will improvise and use one of your suggestions.
For future releases, you guys should try and rig up a way so it does not show the pop-up for already subscribed IP addresses.
Thanks,
Alex
Hi there,
What does the “Add ‘Never see this message again’ link” do that is different then “Close button acts as ‘Never see this message again’ link”?
Or do both serve the same function?
Also, why do you suggest 365 days? Wouldn’t this then remove the signup forms and prevent un-subscribed visitors who may have accidentally closed the box?
Thanks,
Alex

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Site TitleHi there,
I have found it. But is there a way to disable YOAST from adjusting my site titles? For example, YOAST has changed my site title from ‘Products | VOLTFUSE’ to ”Product Archive | VOLTFUSE’
I’m not a big fan of these default changes. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Alex

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Site TitleHi Pcosta,
I just took a look within the Admin CP and I was unable to find the sections you are referring to.
Here is how it looks for me: https://image.ibb.co/kLdetR/Screen_Shot_2017_11_21_at_11_22_10_PM.png
Thanks,

I managed to get it fixed! That was the issue, I didn’t hit ‘GET LISTS’ and select my list.
Thanks so much for responding so promptly!
Cheers,
Alex

Thanks for your help!

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Pro Payment Gateway] FeesThank you for confirming! So I should give PayPal a call and see what they can tell me.
Also I assume I will need to purchase a SSL certificate for this to work on my site?
Have you tried this plugin yet, does it work smoothly?
And just to confirm, since the $30 monthly fee is waved, there is no actual charge for every successful order made on my site via credit card using this plugin?
