Same here. I’m using Yoast SEO Premium and Yoast SEO: News. Looks like the problem with “_load_textdomain_just_in_time” caused by the “wordpress-seo-news”:
PHP Notice: The function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Loading translations for the domain wordpress-seo-news was run too early. This is usually an indicator that some code in a plugin or theme is running too early. Translations should be loaded at init or later. More information can be found in Debug WordPress.
