According to the error plugin tries to access Sheet that doesn’t exist. So either you have entered wrong sheet ID in plugin configuration screen, or you are trying to access Sheet that doesn’t belong to Google account that you used when activatng the plugin.

Did it several times – but all entries were in a new row and aligned as expected…

As for the date – they actually should be strings. Are you formatting them in Sheets by any chance? What PHP version are you using?You need to look in the WordPress log file.

Google changed the UI and you should select Desktop App now. I changed the text in installation instructions, but forgot to update the screencast.Please check the WordPress log for detailed error description.

I guess the difference comes from the new Google Sheets SDK, that the new version uses.
Try to use separate tabs for collecting and post-processing the data, replicating the relevant values via formulas.Are you using multiple Google accounts by any chance? Could it be that you authenticate plugin from one account and then try to access Sheet that is located in another account?

I can’t seem to reproduce this on my setup. And from the way data appears, it looks like for some reason “<tab_name>!1:1” selection on your spreadsheet returns invalid result…- This reply was modified 4 years, 9 months ago by Alex Agranov.

Try changing it from “ONLINE TERM” to “ONLINE_TERM” and see if the problem goes away.
