We bought the full plugin today, and we have the same issue. No error, just it doesn’t send.
I’ve set the Template settings, and saved the document. Sometimes I find the field “Attach the pdf to the following WooCommerce emails” empty although I’ve saved a setting. Nevertheless no attachment was sent.
