In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Problem with Akismet: Failed dependency (424)What other plugins and theme do you use?
Well, lots of them.
They are mostly do not affect front-end or jQuery.
I suspect this one of being braking something https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/photo-gallery/UPD: Tried disableing Photo Gallery, but it didn’t help (nothing changed).
I can confirm that jQuery is loaded only once and of 1.11.3.

In reply to: Dashboard > Users : Fatal ErrorHad the same problem with the Loginza plug-in, which enables some Open-ID.
Tried to connect my admin user account with Gmail.
During the connection smth went wrong, and it appeared, that at any place on the site there were actions made by the mentioned account, it showed the mistake Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in wp-includes/user.php on line 725. And I couldn’t resolve it from the WordPress.
I coped with the issue through PHPMyAdmin, where I found that the user in the table wp_usermeta according to the user_id column had a completely empty row (which was unique for the whole table). After I deleted it everything was OK.
Look for the empty rows.It needs some mending or it’s an accident, but I won’t use it, because that mistake could be caused by _any_ user.
