To ensure that there is not a conflict issue with another plugin, I would recommend trying to disable every plugins on a staging website, and enable them one by one until the issue comes back, which will help you to identify the faulty plugin.

Thanks for contacting us ! The issue might happen when the HTML form of the form has been changed differently, and is not compatible anymore with the Brevo plugin.
I would recommend trying with a form by default, with no changes, to check if that solves the issue.

Unfortunately, the birthday attribute is not a default attribute in Woocommerce, so it’s not possible to synchronize it with your Brevo account.
The Brevo plugin only synchronizes Woocommerce default attributes.

Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to display the price VAT included using the {ORDER_PRODUCTS}.
However, you can use the Automation workflow to send the order confirmation mail with the price with and without the VAT.

Depending on your geolocation, attribute names can be modified. For example, in France, you could have the attribute FIRST NAME and LAST NAME instead.

Thanks for your message. Unfortunately the form from the plugin does not have the multiple choice attribute yet. However, I have passed your needs to our Product team for an improvement of our features.
As an alternative, you can create a form directly from your Brevo account and add the multiple choice and embed the form to your website.

This warning message means that you have enabled the SMTP of Brevo twice, which can create some conflict issues on the deliverability of your mails.
The SMTP has been enabled on the WP Mail SMTP, and on the “Newsletter, SMTP, Email marketing and Subscribe forms by Brevo” with the “Activate email through Brevo” option enabled.
To solve the issue, you would need to disable the SMTP on WP Mail SMTP or the option in the Brevo plugin.
