In reply to: [Table Rate Shipping for WooCommerce] Inconsistent shipping costsGood evening,
Thank you for your feedback.
I’ve just checked, I don’t have any other extension installed that could impact the shipping price.
Is there any way I can privately give you the login credentials to the dashboard so you can see inside?
Good evening,
Thank you for your feedback.
For one site, I managed to get the test to work and receive the request by e-mail. For the second site, I still have the problem, so I’ve just contacted the host.
Best regards,
Good evening,
Thank you for your feedback.
I have installed WP Mail SMTP on the 2 sites that are experiencing this problem.
The sites are hosted by o2switch.
One has its domain name hosted at o2switch.
The other with OVH.For these 2 sites, in SMTP host, I’ve entered the o2switch outgoing server, the email address and password for a mailbox created in cPanel, but the tool returns a 500 or 404 error.
What is the correct configuration? I’ve read the WP Mail SMTP instructions, to no avail.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
As far as the registration in the back office is concerned, it works because in fact I think an update caused the registration to be deactivated. All the forms had the box unchecked, whereas by default I always check it.
As far as receiving emails is concerned, I did a test of my own and it works. I’m checking with my customer to see if he can test it on his side and tell me if it works too.
Best regards,
Hello,
Sorry to come back to you. Without wishing to rush you, could you please give me some pointers to help me correct this problem?
The site has just been put on line, I had done the tests before, the sending of the mails worked well and the recording of the entries also but now it doesn’t work any more for no particular reason.
Thanks in advance!
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
It works.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
I don’t really have any explanations. Perhaps the cache was emptied automatically. The form is displayed correctly without any particular action on my part.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sales statistics don’t workGood evening,
Thank you for your feedback.
Unfortunately, the problem still hasn’t been solved, as the customer I asked for the Jetpack credentials still hasn’t replied. I’ve just tried again.I’ll let you know if I hear anything.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sales statistics don’t workHello @rajeshml,
Thank you for your feedback.
Before I can reconnect once I’ve disconnected, I need to have the Jetpack credentials, which I don’t have at the moment.
At the same time, I’ve made sure to check that it’s the non-www version that’s in the WordPress settings.
Best regards,
Hello,
I’m coming back to you because I exchanged with support by email until July 6. Then I haven’t heard from them.
I’ve just sent an email to get back to support on the subject.
Can you please make sure that my follow-up on the ticket has been taken into account?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sales statistics don’t workHello @doublezed2,
This is the Twenty Twenty-Four theme that I activated as an alternative to the Atelier theme for testing.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sales statistics don’t workHello @carolm29 ,
Thank you for your feedback.
I temporarily disabled the theme by activating maintenance mode on my site to test and the problem persists well. So I’m not sure whether it’s the theme that’s causing the problem.
What other avenue should I explore?

I have to see with my client to change the theme eventually because it will become obsolete is a certainty. Thanks in any case for your alert.
I’m at your disposal if you need anything else.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sales statistics don’t workHello,
Here is the screenshot of the pending planned actions: https://snipboard.io/iPFNEA.jpg.
I have installed the WP Crontrol extension, I have the following notification: One or more cron events have missed their schedule.
What should I do?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sales statistics don’t workHello,
Thank you for your feedback.
I updated the WooCommerce database, in the scheduled actions, it shows me that I have 80 actions pending. Is the database update working properly?
I then tried the previous steps, but I get the same scenario.
