Got it working, the problem was not qTranslate X. Another plugin interfered with the theme itself and made the submenus disappear.

I’m sorry the second screenshot was wrong. Now there should be the right one (see above).

Since today, the problem has disappeared. The only thing I did was deleting some picture’s subtitles since I didn’t want them to appear. Nothing else… I have no idea how this is linked with the visibility of the whole gallery in German language, but maybe adding it to this thread can help others.

Which gallery application?

I have no idea, it’s an gallery template that came with the “Altair” theme. Instead of adding text etc. as you do on normal WP pages, you only add pictures on the bottom of the page.

How did you add three pics?

Added Images by clicking the “Upload Image” Button under “Gallery Images”. No option to change in this part of the page from visual to text editor.

Did you do editing on page /wp-admin/post.php?

No.

This is what probably happened. You used to have one language. Then qtx was installed.

I’ve had qtranslate-x installed before and it worked well with the galleries. It still does with all other galeries and I changed some others earlier without problems. I also tried to create a new gallery and link it to the German part of the page where the gallery should appear, but the problem remains the same. If I use the “problem gallery” and change buttons from English to German language, the pictures are still there – there is no option to upload them only to one language (or I didn’t see it yet).

I’m facing the same problem. Sometimes plugin widget can be seen, sometimes there’s only a facebook link instead. Has there been found any solution yet?

Yes it’s a paid Themeforest theme and “support included”, but that seems not to concern problems with plugins unfortunately.

Thanks for your help, of cause you could have an login code to check the issue yourself. I’m thankful for any idea to solve the problem.

Just wanted to give an update on this issue for other users.

So I got my access to Sahifa support forum back. I posted the issue but there has been no solution in sight. Sadly, I actually doubt there is enough interest to find one at all.

So the final solution will be to change the theme and finish working with Sahifa completely or try to run another translation plugin (tried several already, none seems to fit). I’m really disappointed about the theme’s “support”. ??

I just updated the plugin via the plugins list and the usual update buttons. The plugin was not deactivated before updating. If I can help you with further information, please feel free to ask anything.

I’m using WordPress 4.3.1, that’s the latest version (my Dashboard at least says so).

The problem is occuring both in pages and posts. Yoast SEO & qTranslate X is enabled.

There’s another problem popping up now: Every page SEO part says “Page Analysis has been disabled.” now.

I’ve checked third party plugins as supposed here https://kb.yoast.com/article/284-page-analysis-has-been-disabled, those do not seem to be the cause

I can only find “languages” in qTranslate X settings, but no “integration” or “configuration files”. “Language configuration” in the list is saying “predefined” for all languages. I’ve made a screenshot: https://imageshack.us/i/p7lhlE8fp

I’ve solved it. There were nine pictures broken, and it therefore stopped the process completely.

Does anyone have an update yet or a quick fix that makes Sahifa work with qTranslate X?

I have no access yet to Sahifa support forum, since a friend bought and installed Sahifa theme for me. I’m going to ask for the purchase code etc. to get some support by the authors…

It does not work in any previous/next-coding on the site. The titles and content is translated correctly, but this is of cause not the code which is used for previous/next links…
