“CF-Cache-Status: HIT” will not disappear when WP Fastest Cache is disabled.

I can’t add Page Rules more than 3 rules on the free one ?? I already have settings like:

1. site.com/wp-*
Cache Level: Bypass

2. site.com/preview=true
   Cache Level: Bypass

3. site.com/*
Cache Level: Cache Everything

How exactly can I add a page rule for the “Edge Cache”? For the site.com domain? Or does it need to be written in some special way, with or without asterisks *?
