But other plugins got do setting after import the template from the themes it won’t affect them. Just it will affect the better email notification plugin only? Because normally the theme will has feature to import the theme that they has created right? I no sure why this plugin will be affected while others won’t affect. Could you help me to check for it? Can you provide me your email address so i can sent you the detail?

these theme got involve import and export template right? Here is the problem, everytime i change the template by clicking the import theme, after import successful the notification that i had created suddenly disappear so i need to redo it again. Can fix it won’t effect by theme import and export function? Because other plugin didn’t affected only this plugin was affected.

Currently i am using this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/capability-manager-enhanced/ to create my new user role but the capabilities is similar with admin. But when i click the email notification and choose new user registration (Admin) then i try to create new user the notificaion that i receive is the default no the only that i customize one.

Ok. Noted. If using Duplicator pro, can do like this:
First of all, i will create a package then will install the package for my client using the installer.php.
May be few month later, i want to do upgrade with the package by add in some new feature or plugin then i will need to upgrade for my client too. So in this case, how can upgrade the package for my client without changing any thing on the client website content and setting?
