Первым делом вам нужно проверить логи / журнал отладки и ошибок:

• Активируется в настройках плагина /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout&section=victoriabank
• Смотрится на странице журналов отладки WooCommerce /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=logs&source=victoriabank

• replace the wc-moldovaagroindbank.php file in the plugin folder with this one https://github.com/alexminza/wc-moldovaagroindbank/blob/v1.4.2/wc-moldovaagroindbank.php
• deactivate and then reactivate the plugin to ensure the scheduled action is registered again

Ce vad eu este ca toate raspunsurile de la gateway-ul de plata Victoriabank contin mesaje clare de eroare:

• Bank response: Transaction declined
• Undefined bank response status
• Bank response: Processing fault

Aceste mesaje nu sunt generate de plugin dar sunt returnate de banca. Prin urmare – nu exista indicii de erori in plugin si aceasta solicitare de suport trebuie adresata in primul rand bancii.

It seems that the maib payment gateway servers do not recognize your client certificate. Maybe you are using the test certificates with the production gateway?
