Thanks for the reply. It is working now. @wordpressdatasal I changed the order of several products after doing what @aslamdoctor said and it works. It would be nice to know what happens after adding products as you ask.
@aslamdoctor I think this issue should be explained on the plug-in settings so noone else has the same problem.
