I have the same problem. If there are videos in the feed, no thumbnail appears (only a broken image icon), but Instagram images and carousels show up normally. Both WordPress and Social Feed Gallery are updated. I also tried deactivating-activating the plugin, deleting-installing it again, removing the app from my Facebook Business Integrations settings and then granting all the permissions again and then re-creating the feeds.
I also installed the plugin on another website and connected it with my Instagram account and again the thumbnails of the videos did not show up, but when I connected a different Instagram account, then everything was okay.
It’s like my access token can’t get the thumbnail_url for the videos.
What else could I try?
As a temporary solution, how can I update the code, so that it bypasses the videos and shows only images and carousels on the feed?
