10 seconds doesn’t sound normal indeed. Something else must be happening on your end. Do you have a speed-loading test we can review? We’d be glad to examine the specifics for you.

Some features in the plugin are only possible by using embedded codes as provided by the social media sites (“Like” for Facebook, “Subscribe to Youtube” etc.). The more of those features you use, the longer it takes to load your page (fully). So you can de-activate the ones you don’t really need to improve loading speed.

@thegooddealshop Facebook has recently restricted the Facebook Like feature for certain users unless certain conditions are met, please have a look at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. Can that be the explanation for why the Like button doesn’t show for you?

Regarding Whatsapp and RSS icons – these are not available in the original/rectangle buttons format. Please select a different placement option e.g. “floating over your pages” in Q3 in the plugin for those icons to show.

“User mentioned she has the following error Warning: Undefined array key "sfsi_plus_mastodonlcon_order" in ".../wp-content/plugins/ultimate-social-media-plus/libs/sfis_widget.php" on line 300. which saying there is an error inside sfis_widget.php file. We don’t have any file titled “sfis_widget.php” in the free plugin. The real name is sfsi_widget.php.

About the missing value titled?sfsi_plus_mastodonlcon_order we don’t have that value anywhere. The correct name is sfsi_plus_mastodonIcon_order.”

Have you modified the plugin’s code?
