In reply to: [Post Update Add-On - Gravity Forms] Remote post updateHi yh3ng, this is a great idea, my fear would only be that it might open potential security hole in the target website. Unless some existing webhook or API with established security used. Do have any in mind that would work for your specific case?
Simplest way probably would just be to trigger Zappier event, but it is a proprietary tool with costs included…
I definitely will think some more on the implementation of the feature.
Hi diaserte, I’ll try to find some time next week to add the feature.

In reply to: [Post Update Add-On - Gravity Forms] How to Connect to CPTHi lwoods, you can use {} button (to the right of the post id field) to insert the form field value via gravity forms merge tag.
Hi alexmv392,
I will try to add custom taxonomies support in next question. Technically it is easy, but not obvious how to implement flexible enough UI.

In reply to: [Post Update Add-On - Gravity Forms] The plugin does not workHi juanjvl12, what type of entry we are talking about? The plugin is for updating posts, pages or custom posts.
After you configured the update feed, the post/page will be updated on successful Gravity Form submission.
I would be happy to make a video for you, but please let me know your use case in more details first.

In reply to: [Post Update Add-On - Gravity Forms] Overwrite custom fields with no dataHi Rhys,
I just released a new version 1.1.1 that adds “Update only non-empty fields” option for meta-fields. That should work as you described it.
Let me know if there is anything else!

In reply to: [Post Update Add-On - Gravity Forms] Image field posts a blank imageHi nateleepope,
I haven’t tested the plugin with WC, I need to check those items and get back to you.
The issue with featured image is clear and I will check it, but can you give me some more context on checkboxes? Is it custom/ACF field? Is it individual checkbox (true/false) or a checkbox group?
Any additional info would be appreciated!
Have a nice day

In reply to: [Post Update Add-On - Gravity Forms] How to Connect to CPTHi Stephanie,
the plugin makes no distinction between regular posts and custom post types. You just need to provide correct post id for it to work.
– You can enter post id number manually
– You can enter form field that contains post id using merge tag ({} button)
– 1.1+ You can use {current_post_id} to update current post where the form is locatedI think you tried last one, but used {post_id} instead of {current_post_id}.
Please let me know if that works!

In reply to: [Ninja Forms Blocks] Where do I find the form editor?Hi Snaaran, you can just add it to your styles.css in the root folder of your theme. Or if your theme provides this feature and it as custom css on Customization page of WP Back-end.
