The default widgets are not manageable directly, to eliminate them simply add one or more widgets in the sidebar

1. in the free version you can insert only three related posts
2. the call to action is part of the button that links to the related post, currently it is not possible to delete the link from the cta, this feature may be included in a future update

It could be depends by a plugin installed to integrate ads inside your contents like Ad Inserter

Could you please provide more details about these installations (theme and all plugin installed on your website)?

If you want I can send you a trial version of the next update where you can manage the priority of the_content hook (you can change the priority of the_content hook if the related contents does not show)

You can display a custom page (or redirect the users to a specific page with the next version) only for specific product and/or gateway payment.

You can also define multiple rules (for example create a content when an user purchase the product A and a different content when an user purchase the product B and use PayPal as payment method)

I think this feature could be added within 1/2 weeks

You can select the gateway id only with the pro version
