  • Same thing here. After upgrading from v. 2.4.0 to 2.4.5, my website and WordPress went down. HTTP 500 – Internal Server Error.

Deactivating the plugin was the only solution to make my site work again. This is not good and an explanation like “some edge case with your environment or it was just a coincidence” is even worse…

    Hello,

    thank you for your reply.

The settings I’m using now are the same as you stipulate here. But it doesn’t work.
I have no clue as to why this happens. Any (other) advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your quick reply.

I’m looking forward to the release of the “E-Pro Form Conditions” and I’ll surely be writing a review as soon as possible.

    Regards

I flushed all cookies and now v.1.1.0 of Site Kit is connected and working. I’ll stay put to this version because I think you’ll get some work on your plate the next couple of days…

@jamesosborne I don’t use a “Coming Soon” plugin, it’s all done in Elementor. Besides, I’ve been working on the site for the last 2 weeks with the “Coming soon” page (because, that’s all it is, a page) in place and I didn’t have any issues then.

The problem began with the v1.1.2 update. I just reverted to v1.1.1 and now v1.1.0 but the issue stays. How very weird….

I’m really sorry to see this happening.

@jamesosborne I’m sorry but the site isn’t live yet. It’s still behind a “Coming Soon” page while the site is being re-done.

I can tell you I work with the Astra Theme (Pro), Elementor (Pro). Google Site Kit has been on the site since the Beta version without issues. No substantial changes were made, only a complete restyling.

I’m sorry to say but I have the same issue after updating to v1.1.2
Didn’t have any problems before with the plugin. Now it just says: Site Kit Summery, Visit your Site Kit Dashboard.

On clicking the “Visit your Site Kit Dashboard” link I get a blank dashboard page.
Menu items “Dashboard”, “Search Console”, “Analytics” and “Settings” also give a blank page when clicked.

    Bummer…

    No problem… Take your time.
Better to deliver a flawless product than one with endless problems!

I’ll re-install and check it out.

Thanks for your efforts and time.
    Big thumbs up!

    Hi,

    thanks for your efforts!

I’m sorry to say though, it doesn’t work. I mean, the plugin updates but once updated it doesn’t work as it should.

    THE PLUGIN CAUSES PROBLEMS!

    * it causes a blank/white screen when logging out of a wordpress site. The login doesn’t reappear after logging out.

    * it causes a cookie problem when trying to login with a different user (Chrome/Opera …)

    * the menu item of the plugin “yummi yummi plugins” also stays blank/white when clicked on

I guess you want is the user (any user, whatever role) to configure the “Admin Bar” separately for themselves when they are logged in. But that doesn’t make sense. It should be the Administrator of a website who should be able to configure the plugin and give access to the “Admin Bar” and certain parts of it to users on a per user base.

I had to remove the plugin for now because it made a mess. I hope you can rectify the problems so I can re-install. Thumbs up you can solve the problems!

Is there any way to get the version 0.9.3? That version still worked properly even though it didn’t have the “user” available.

    Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    Just updated to 0.9.3
The plugin evolves in the right direction and gives a lot more possibilities now that “roles” are available. Thanks for that!

Would it be possible to integrate the possibility to use the plugin on a per “user” base?
It would upgrade the different ways WP Admin Bar Control can be used. (with the ability to add custom link(s) for different users). That would make it complete and very useful for client sites.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Jeroen,

thanks for getting back to me. I’m glad you’re considering my little proposal. I think it could be a big help
for all the non-English speaking people out there. (I’m in Belgium and I speak Dutch, so… )

I use your plugin for a technical term list. It works like a charm.

Would it be a good idea to remove the sentences that need translation, shown on the front end, from the core of the plugin and
give the user the possibility to use any sentence they would like to use?

    1. “Er staan op dit moment geen namen op deze namenlijst”
    2. “Er staan momenteel x namen op deze lijst”

These fields could be added to the settings of the name list. So, the users can fill that field themselves.
    It’s just an Idea…

Anyways, looking forward to your solution. I’m pretty sure it will only make the plugin better.
Thanks again for your time and effort!

    Kind regards,

    Dirk DV

PS. Congratulations with the newborn! Hope all is well and you’re enjoying parenthood ??

    Hello,

thank you so much for implementing the suggested changes to the “Premium Google Maps” element of the Premium addons for Elementor. With both possiblities in place: “Info Container Opened when Hovered” and “Info Container Closed when Mouse Out” it’s nothing less then brilliant! Subtle yet straight to the point. Not at all in your face but very fancy and on hover very noticeably! (Which makes it stand out all the more).

    5/5

    Kind regards
