Looking deeper into the subject, I realised that in wpml I had to rewrite the translated strings!!!
This happened after the latest WP updates.
It’s all sorted now and thanks for following up.

I look forward to new versions of the product.

    Thank you for your reply.
I haven’t tried messing with those files, I might be doing something wrong.

I translate everything with WPML and don’t use any other form of translator

these are the files I have in the folder
    https://prnt.sc/aHpr4W6qwNML

For example, these strings are in Portuguese and English
    https://prnt.sc/_oKOiVSAilI7

When I have all the strings translated
    https://prnt.sc/9k9dq2kgezXd

I’ve been using this plugin for a long time without any problems, it may have been the latest WP updates.
I’m sorry, I’m not a programmer and I’m not experienced enough to detect this error.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    It’s only happening in Portuguese
    https://prnt.sc/Blw5SMjMZQjw
    The default language is Portuguese

it’s always been fine, it must have happened because of the latest WP update

but in the back office in settings, I can’t save the changes, it’s in English and I want to switch to Portuguese
    https://prnt.sc/_rPNE2kpjZz3

I change the labels to Portuguese and at the end when it saves, it doesn’t save.
The first label is in Portuguese

Why won’t it save the changes?!

That's why I like this plugin.
    When everything works well.

There was actually a page missing with this [shortcode].

But to explain, I don't think I ever had this page and even then the Single Page appeared correctly.

With the last update, I don't know what happened and it stopped appearing correctly.

Sometimes it's not easy to detect a mistake, that's why we exchange a lot of messages here, but what matters is that everything is okay, because we learn from every mistake. It would be good in these cases to share information straight away, which pages are mandatory with the following [shortcode]

This matter is closed and resolved.

There's just something now that I haven't detected yet, the error.
When I click on a TAG, the filter starts to "wind up"

It was also working correctly and now it keeps crashing.
I don't know if it was something I did, but I'm trying to restore that function.

I have WPRocket, and on the pages of this plugin I put it as: Do not create cache on this page.

But if you have any suggestions to improve it would be welcome.

Thank you very much for your exhaustive support in resolving this matter.

Yes, I apologize for my confusion about the pages.
With WPML it creates a page for each language, and that ID=17181 was the Spanish language.
So there’s an id for each language, that was my confusion.

Here’s an image of the code for the Portuguese page
    https://prnt.sc/EsyaKSCTYZse

    This one in Spanish
    https://prnt.sc/7E1NCd4v4JyF

The other languages are the same.

The single page in Portuguese appears with this frame!
    https://prnt.sc/CCjEn0TAGU5k

The other languages are the same except in Spanish the search appears on the single page!!!
    https://prnt.sc/2PDRQmUBrNYx

I think I’m explaining it well, this didn’t happen before the last update.

    https://turisbike.com/es/busqueda-de-alojamiento-y-experiencias/visit-portugal/portugal-es/porto-es/povoa-de-varzim-es/alojamento-calypso/

If it’s my mistake, I’d be grateful if you could help.

    Thread Starter alfan9ve

    (@alfan9ve)

Yeah, but that’s what I’ve been trying to explain all along.

The page you’re referring to is a main page of the plugin
    https://prnt.sc/mGQMqLz0XBSB

But when I choose to see a “Single Listing” it shows the header like this
    https://prnt.sc/NgifrHWPPZDh

In the “Single Listing” no header should appear, right?

    Thread Starter alfan9ve

    (@alfan9ve)

OK, I see what you’re getting at.

I looked up the ID of that page, I had to install a pluigin to make it easier to indicate the IDs of pages and posts

    https://prnt.sc/JwGl3a51tDgx

As you can see, I only have a few pages, there are two tabs, and there’s no page with that ID 17181.
If I find that page, which I really wanted without a sidebar, there’s no way to choose, that’s the only format in the single listing, but now this header is appearing which will only confuse ??

That’s why I’m saying it’s not the page configuration, it’s since the last update.

I know it’s very strange, but it’s more so for me because I’m not even a developer and your plugin was working so well…

    Thread Starter alfan9ve

    (@alfan9ve)

There is no page with a shortcode for “Single Listing”

I’d like it to be a page without the sidebar, but even that part isn’t configurable. That’s not a problem either.

Now, everything was fine, as I said until the last update, I didn’t make any changes.
That’s why I even asked the Theme team to see if it was an error that could help, and here’s the answer:

Thank you for contacting us. I’m Prajna from the Astra support team.

I have checked the URL and I cannot see anything related to Astra causing this, Screenshot:?https://bsf.d.pr/i/bhGLZG

To check if the plugin is causing conflicts with Astra, Can you please temporarily switch the theme to the default WordPress theme and check if the issue is resolved? This will confirm if Astra theme settings are causing the issue.?

I’ll be sad if I find that I have no support for the previous solution, which was working perfectly.

I wouldn’t even want to consider this plugin as unreliable, because as I said, it’s so simple and lightweight that it was perfect for me.

    But now with this error!!!

    Thread Starter alfan9ve

    (@alfan9ve)

    This topic is “RESOLVED”

    But the error remains.

Should I open another topic or will the developer team make the effort to resolve it?!

    Thread Starter alfan9ve

    (@alfan9ve)

The plugin doesn’t create any pages, in the pages tab there is no “single listing page”.

As I told you, this header never existed. It happened once in an update, but you fixed it, I don’t know how, but it was fixed. I was discouraged to stop using this plugin. But since it’s functional again, I still like it. But it doesn’t really have many features for adjusting pages or editing.

    Hello,

I don’t mind talking outside the forum, but I’d like to see the problem solved.

I’ve had this happen once and almost gave up on this plugin, but you’ve sorted it out. Good thing, because I like the simplicity and potential of this plugin.

That said, I’d appreciate it if you could check the error, as I suggest in the attached video.

The user has no way of managing what appears in the single listing, it is configured by the developer and without an option.

When I edit, it doesn’t edit the page, but the listing.

What’s more, the header appears in Spanish, whatever the language of the single listing.

That’s why I think there’s too much there.

If I don’t know how to configure it, I’d be grateful if you could tell me how to do these two steps, which I’d be happy to do… but if this error was due to the update, it would be a good idea to check out what’s going on.

    Thank you.

    Thread Starter alfan9ve

    (@alfan9ve)

If I’m doing something wrong, then let me know how I can put it right!

Because there is no option for that.

Besides, that heading in Spanish is appearing in all the Single Listing languages

Something has gone wrong with the latest update and only you can’t see it or don’t understand it.

But I’m waiting for you to tell me how I can remove this header and get everything back to normal as it was before.

Thanks for your help and understanding

    Thread Starter alfan9ve

    (@alfan9ve)

    Thank you for your reply.

But I didn’t put that header…., it was the last update.

And there’s no way I can remove it, or if there is, if you could help, because I can’t see how!

This header appears because of the last update, it’s not even in the same language as the single listing, I don’t even know why it appears, because my knowledge isn’t programming but configuration.

This has already happened in a previous update and someone from the team solved it, I don’t know how, but a new update appeared with the problem solved and I simply updated and it went back to normal.

    Thread Starter alfan9ve

    (@alfan9ve)

I may not have explained it well!
I’ve already updated to Version 2.10.1
    Cleared all cookies
    Deactivated and reactivated the plugin
This had already happened in a previous update and you fixed it.
I was reporting that this version has this error
    https://prnt.sc/5n6wjL5sj_UT
This header is appearing in the single listing presentation
As you can see on the page
    https://turisbike.com/procurar-alojamento-e-experiencias-portugal/visit-portugal/portugal/porto/vila-do-conde/descobrir-vila-do-conde-em-passeio-de-bicicleta/

I think the problem is clearer now.

    Disclaimer
This plugin works very well and is very useful for me to use within a page and the support team always fixes all the bugs. I’ve already rated it 5 stars and I stand by it.
