I have the same problem.
The problem occurs only when installed on hosts.
I can’t reproduce the error on local installation.Hopping one can help.

using the media library directly is not supported yet.
Because the assumption is, that you get your banner image from an ad provider.But it is a good idea for the next version.
The online help problem is a bug. I’ll have to fix it.
I never tested my plugin on a multisite installation.

for me it works fine, so to fix this bug I need some more information:- If you have Firebug installed, can you send me the error message?
- Do you have the latest WP version installed?
- Can you give me a list of your plugins installed?
yes the plugin works anyway.
The allow_url_fopen parameter effects only the admin panel.
When trying to use “in layout” functionality, in the dropdown menu may not appear all div tags available in your theme.have you checked your PHP-Installation if allow_url_fopen option is enabled?
