Thanks Marcus.
The issue was with Gravity Forms. After updating to Version 2.5.5 (released to the public this morning) the issue was fixed. I saw in their changelog that the new issue fixes the sitemaps:
Fixed an issue which causes conflicts with XML Sitemaps and REST API Requests.
Hi Csonnek,
Thanks for your reply!
I understand, and no problem. I’m looking forward to that feature being added.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Pages using Divi Builder unable to saveI think I found that the conflict is with the ‘Visual Products Configurator’ suite of plugins – so that with Divi installed, and the Visual Products Configurator plugins installed (Visual Products Configurator, Visual Products Configurator Custom Text Addon, Visual Products Configurator Form Builder Addon, Visual Products Configurator Lom-Nava Skin, Visual Products Configurator Modern Skin, Visual Products Configurator Multiple Views Addon, Visual Products Configurator Ouando Skin, Visual Products Configurator Request a Quote Addon, Visual Products Configurator Save Configuration Image Add-on, Visual Products Configurator Save For Later Addon,Visual Products Configurator Social Share Addon, Visual Products Configurator Upload Image Addon), Yoast is causing the pages not to save correctly. When Yoast is deactivated, everything works perfectly fine, but with Yoast activated, the pages cannot be saved.
I just want to add here to say that m-d-Y works also.
Okay great, that helps. I was able to find and change those settings and the error went away. Thank you for your assistance with this.
Hi,
I am confused on what you mean. I pick the date using a calendar picker, and the calendar sets the date. I did not type in the date manually. If I even try to type it in manually it doesn’t really work right.
Please explain better on how to fix this. Right now, the date for one of the events is listed as “7-11-2020” – I don’t understand what is wrong with this date. And if I try to add a zero in front of the month (07-11-2020) it gets removed after I save the page. So I have no idea how to fix this issue.
Please advise, thank you.
I second this – we should be able to easily hide this button if there is no link.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Background Request BlockedHello,
I am also experiencing this same problem with one of our websites.
Jayxcamps, it appears as if you are using the Divi theme. Our site that is also experiencing this ‘Background Request Blocked’ is also using the Divi theme. For our website in question, it is using Divi version 2.7.5 with WordPress 4.5.2
This error only just started appearing this week (we noticed it today). We were in our site last week and we did not get this error.
Does anyone know what changed to make this error appear?
Also, we make many sites that use the Divi theme, and only one of our sites (that we have noticed) is giving us this error while our other sites with Divi are not.
Tobias,
I will keep that in mind for our future projects.
Thank you for all of your help! It is much appreciated.
Yeah I figured that program probably wasn’t the best; I just wanted to edit the tables in a program that displayed the formatting of the tables rather than just flat text.
But yes, I used the WordPress exporter. It was only after I used the WordPress exporter that I realized I could export directly through TablePress.
And yes I have so many copies of my tables and I already make regular backups of my sites so that’s not a concern.
Hello,
I just want to say here that I used the WordPress exporter to export the tables. I then used ‘Visual Studio Code’ to find and replace all the ampersands.
Yet when I went to go import the tables once again, most of the tables are giving me this error message:
Attention: Unfortunately, an error occurred.
The internal data of table “FORM NAME” (ID 16) is corrupted. The following error was registered: Syntax error. The tables that DID import correctly are also messed up, by adding random characters to the end of sentences and changing apostrophes to ‘2019’ for some odd reason.
It may just be due to the ‘Visual Studio Code’ program that I used. that was honestly the first time I had ever used that program, as it was just recently installed on my computer and I figured I’d try it out.
I ended up fixing the tables by hand without any problem after I ran into these issues. I just wanted to post what I experienced here for future reference.
Cool, that’s fine. I can do that. Thanks for your quick reply!
