As I never actually set this WP site up I have no idea what the past developer did, so I’m at a loss why when anyone outside our network tries to access a download, they get redirected or a 404.

Is there a setting within download monitor that offers this functionality?

I’ve rolled back to 1.3.1

If someone wouldn’t mind can you try download a file please and let me know if it’s successful.

I’m not running either of those addons. I’ll go through and disable what’s currently running, see if that helps.
