Yes, I did. In Customize->navigation I set it to be the primary menu.

Is it possible that something ‘got lost in the translation’ when I changed themes from D5 Business Line to 2015?

By the way, the reason I changed to 2015 is because I was having a problem and I wanted to confirm that it was not theme-specific.
