Hi @fraumaria ,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that the AIOSEO Settings and AIOSEO Writing Assistant sections are cluttering your post editor.
I understand that having a clean and focused workspace is important to you while writing and editing your posts.
Thank you for your feedback and suggestion. These features have been part of the plugin since the beginning to help optimize your content, but I completely understand that not everyone needs them visible all the time.
To hide these sections and streamline your post editor, you can adjust your preferences by following these steps:
- In the post editor, click on the three dots (?) in the top-right corner of the screen.
Here’s a screenshot for reference: https://a.supportally.com/i/9ZQ65A - In the dropdown, click on Preferences.
- The Preferences dialog box will appear.
- Navigate to the General tab if it’s not already selected.
- Scroll down to the Advanced section.
- Toggle off AIOSEO Settings and AIOSEO Writing Assistant.
Here’s how it looks: https://a.supportally.com/i/f3PVY2
By doing this, the AIOSEO sections will be hidden from your post editor, giving you a cleaner and more focused editing environment.
Let me know if you still have any questions, and I’ll be happy to help!

Hi?@d4rkcloud,
Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry that you’re experiencing a JavaScript error.
Could you please try clearing your website, server, and CDN cache, then refresh your page to see if the error clears?
If you are using a plugin or server service that combines or minifies Javascript files, please disable that feature or plugin and recheck the page again.
If you are still seeing an error, please try logging into your site using your browser in incognito or private mode and check for the error.
If the error has cleared, it may be related to a browser addon or extension. Please disable your addons or extensions and check your page using the normal browsing mode. Then enable the addon or extension one at a time to locate the issue.
If the problem persists, please check for any plugin or theme conflicts by following these steps:
- Clear all caching and deactivate any caching or performance plugins. This also includes server caching such as Varnish and CDNs such as Cloudflare. You’ll need to clear your caches after any changes you make in the steps below.
- Now deactivate and reactivate All in One SEO and see if this resolves the problem.
- If not, please use the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?(https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/) plugin to debug possible conflicts by following these steps:
- Go to?Plugins > Add New?and install and activate the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin.
- Go to?Plugins > Installed Plugins?and click on?Troubleshoot?below the All in One SEO plugin – This will temporarily disable all the plugins and switch to a default theme only for your user ID without impacting what your visitors see.
- See if you’re able to reproduce the JavaScript error. If not, activate your theme and check again.
- If you’re still unable to replicate the issue, activate the plugins one by one and simultaneously check if the JavaScript error occurs.
- Once you’re done troubleshooting, deactivate and delete the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin.
Looking forward to helping you.

Would you be able to check for errors in your browser error console so I can help you?
Please follow these steps:
- Go to the screen where you’re experiencing the problem and open the browser developer tools. You can find instructions for each browser here?– https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis
- Reload the screen and check the Console tab for errors, which will show in red.
- Take a screenshot or copy and paste these errors and send them to me, and I can investigate this further.
We also have an article on this here – https://aioseo.com/docs/how-to-open-the-browser-error-console/

Hi @whitepointernet,
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us.
I understand how crucial it is for you to have a reliable and compatible SEO solution for the numerous sites you manage, especially when using the Divi theme.Regarding Compatibility Problems with Divi.
Could you confirm if you’re using the latest version of the Divi theme? It’s important that both Divi and All in One SEO are updated to ensure maximum compatibility.
Regarding Frontend Display of Markup.
If possible, could you provide a screenshot or screencast showing the unwanted symbols and meta characters appearing on the frontend? This will help us understand the issue better and investigate potential conflicts.
Regarding Manual Editing for Green SEO Scores:
I understand how frustrating it can be to manually edit every post/page. If automating this feature is something you’re looking for, please let us know! We appreciate your feedback and would love to understand more about what improvements you’d like to see in this area.
Regarding Focus Keyphrase Detection Issue.
Since you’re using Divi as your page builder, I recommend checking the analysis directly within the Divi builder itself to see if the keyphrases are being detected correctly.
You can find detailed guidance on how to do this in our documentation: https://aioseo.com/docs/page-builder-integrations/#divi
For a visual guide, you can also check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fL1JtsTY8hM
Note that the TruSEO Highlighter may not work in page builders, which could explain why certain keywords or variations are not being recognized. More details on this can be found here: https://aioseo.com/docs/understanding-the-truseo-page-analysis-recommendations/
Regarding Lack of Automation.
I’ve raised an internal feature request for our Development team to review the concerns you’ve mentioned. Our team is always looking for ways to improve the plugin, and your feedback is invaluable.
If there are specific features or enhancements you’d like to see, please feel free to share them. We want to ensure AIOSEO aligns with your expectations and supports your workflow seamlessly.
If you’d like to dive deeper into these issues or have us take a closer look, feel free to reach out to our support team through https://aioseo.com/contact/.
Looking forward to resolving this for you!
Hi @jedan,
Thanks for getting back to me and for the update!
I understand your concern about using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. No worries!
Since disabling the security plugins and clearing the cache didn’t resolve the issue, it’s possible that the problem might be related to your
.htaccess
file. Misconfigurations in the.htaccess
file can cause redirect loops or block access to certain URLs, including your RSS sitemap. If the problem persists, there might be a server configuration issue or another plugin conflict. In that case, please reach out to your hosting provider again and ask them to review the server error logs to identify any issues related to the sitemap URL.
If you’d like us to help you identify the root cause of which plugin or theme is conflicting , feel free to reach out to us at?https://aioseo.com/contact/.
Our customer success team will be happy to help you via the contact form on our site.
Looking forward to helping you.
