Unfortunately, there is currently no option to directly disable the “Connect Your Site with Google Search Console” notification in the Site Health panel within All in One SEO.

I’ve forwarded your comments to our development team as part of a feature request. They are actively reviewing these suggestions to incorporate a way to suppress such messages in a future update to improve the user experience.

Currently, our sitemap creation feature does not support adding empty product categories to the product category sitemap.

However, we understand the importance of this capability for our users and we have already received similar requests and have a feature request logged for this.

I’ve added your vote to this feature request to emphasize the demand and help prioritize its development.

While I don’t have a specific timeline for when this feature will be implemented, our Development team is aware of this request and considering it for future updates.

However, you can add non-WordPress content to your XML Sitemap to include categories or other URLs that are not automatically included.
