I have to disagree as its Cherry that its reacting with not just theme coding, so the one fix will make it work with ALL cherry themes.. I found a fix so it seems your replying before actually checking the problem saying theres “no way round it” . Due to the poor responses ive seen on here ive chosen not to use it. You should at least try and help before you pass it off to third parties as you are also a third party to them… I must admit Email support was pretty good, but all this “HAVE to” (they dont have to do anything your product is compatible for your own benefits of sales..) and not even trying to help people on these support threads is very off putting.
