In reply to: [Brevo for WooCommerce] Cart event never triggeredHello @victorpapaye and @efbi,
Thanks for reaching out.
For the track events to be well logged on Sendinblue, ensure you have enabled marketing automation. This article goes into further detail: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/209579245.
It will also be necessary to be logged into an account on the store in order to be well identified.
Once you have reviewed the installation article, could you let me know if the issue persists?
Thanks,
AliceHi,
Thanks for getting in touch !
For your information, it’s not possible to use more than two SMTP relays on a website at the same time.
The problem you are having is because you have already enabled SMTP relay from the ‘Newsletter, SMTP, Email marketing and Subscribe forms by Sendinblue’ plugin. As a result, you cannot activate another SMTP relay since you have one activated.
The solution is therefore to use a single SMTP relay. If you want to activate the SMTP relay of WP mail SMTP, you will need to deactivate the “Send transactional mails” option in your Sendinblue plugin.
I remain at your disposal for any information.
Best Regards.

Hello @waimanalo,
Thanks for reaching out.
Google reCAPTCHA is usually displayed in the language of the browser i.e. if your browser is set to English, the message will be displayed in English.
However, this reCAPTCHA is unfortunately not managed by us so we cannot make any changes. This article might provide further clarity: https://superuser.com/questions/1187822/how-to-change-recaptcha-language-on-websites.
Please reach out with further questions!

In reply to: [Brevo for WooCommerce] Order ID vs Order NumberHello @ttimbul,
Thanks for your feedback here.
The order ID is generalised to suit the majority of clients, for whom the value must be present in the string in order to display in transactional attributes and in the order_completed payload.
There are no current plans to change the structure.
Thanks again and please revert with further questions!

In reply to: [Brevo for WooCommerce] Can add some filters for placeholders?Hello @ttimbul and @laitnesse2020,
Thanks for reaching out.
Our technicians confirm that there are no current plans to add other variables to the {ORDER_PRODUCTS} tag.
If you create the email templates directly on Sendinblue, you have more freedom in terms of tags. For example, there is a dedicated {{ item.image }} tag, as well as variables for order data.
Please take a look at the following article: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006850600.
I hope this response helps to clarify, please reach out with further questions.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Brevo for WooCommerce] Issue with double opt in and matching fieldsHello @virulentscorpio,
Thanks for reaching out!
We unfortunately cannot see the screenshots attached but could you confirm if you have checked the “Enable Double Opt-in” option in your Sendinblue settings?
You can refer to this article if that is unclear: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/209579245#h_01FCT7BZNTN1Q6GBYJDC8P7WVZ
Looking forward to your response!

In reply to: [Brevo for WooCommerce] No recommendationHello @annzo,
Thank you for your feedback.
Order details should be automatically synced to your Sendinblue account once the plugin is installed: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/209579245#h_01FDCNJEH6SKTVE1TBCD4C4F5Q.
Please note that only the ID, date and price is synced and not the product.
However, the product can be included in a product purchase email, for example, if used in conjunction with a marketing automation workflow.
With that being said, could you provide some further info about the issue that you are experiencing? We will be happy to investigate further.
Thanks,
AliceHi @yunysia,
Thanks for reaching out.
We have a troubleshooting list for CAPTCHA that should help you to identify the issue. If not, please get back in touch directing us to the form (I did not see a form with CAPTCHA on the link provided previously).
1) We support v2 version only.
2) Only checkbox and invisible CAPTCHA is supported.
3) Keys need to be generated on the admin console of Google ReCAPTCHA shown here:
https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/v3.html4) While generating the keys, sibforms.com domain has to be added in the domain section if you prefer to use iFrame or share URL. Likewise, if you want to use HTML then you have to add this domain in the domain section.
5) In the case of Simple HTML, CAPTCHA will not be visible as Simple HTML does not support Javascript.
6) Site keys and secret keys of one type are independent of another type, meaning keys for checkbox ReCAPTCHA are to be used for checkbox ReCAPTCHA and not with invisible ReCAPTCHA and vice versa.
Hope this helps!

Hello @vasudevb,
Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, while they allow integration with Sendinblue, some plugins were not developed by us and hence, we cannot offer support. Elementor is one of these and so I recommend you reach out to them directly.

In reply to: [Brevo for WooCommerce] WPML TranslationsHello @biancaakanaonda ,
Thanks for reaching out.
You will need to create a separate template for each language and then use IF/ELSE conditions throughout your abandoned cart workflow to differentiate between languages. The IF/ELSE condition will likely be based on the URL of your shop e.g. IF/ELSE > EN shop URL > YES > send EN template.
