I upgraded to 3.8.3 and still have the issue. I am also not able to upload any media. It goes through the process, but then doesn’t show the media. Same thing if I try the quick draft. It looks like it’s saving, but it doesn’t show up in my drafts.
Here’s a screenshot of the box where it’s supposed to have the publish button on new posts. I’m really confused since I did the new install and it’s still not working. I can’t publish any new content on my site.
