I am have the same issue, I noticed that the plugin stated requires php5 and we on php8+. Its amazing that the author is not replying to comments and future updates.

I tested the plugin with Divi and it works

The plugin is displaying:
(Unable to export, Unable to run the export. Refresh the page and try again)

I uninstalled the the plugin as suggested above and then installed it and run a backup again and it gave me this message above, Ive never had this message before.

I used it on a developing sites on FLYWHEEL app on my mac with no problem but now its always displaying this message.

Your help is always appreciated.
