I’m new to wordpress… please forgive my obvious naivety.
my problem is this:
a few days ago, while logged into wordpress admin, I attempted to re-write the line of code that references a “slider” on the theme called Picture Perfect. the line # is 22.
I was sure I was only changing ONE aspect of this line: which was the name of the slider. Seemed easy enough.
however, once the changes took effect (over 10 minutes, since I only learned about clearing cache AFTER the mishap) … my admin permissions no longer get me into my page, or WordPress at all.
it spit out the following error message, on a white screen:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /home/michael2/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/picture-perfect/functions.php on line 22
now when I enter my page’s URL, I get a white screen!!!!
I’m flipping out, I researched “reverting to an earlier version og the page” and nothing I’ve tried is working.
Is there anything I can do?
I’m convinced the ONLY problem with my page, is that one line of code I @#%!’d up.
thanks for ANY help.
PS.. my page URL is
