Main issue in image aspect ratio and hard cropping. When you are using hard cropping feature, it’s cutting the image in exact point based on image size. That’s why not getting top, bottom parts. So upload image based on settings ratio and maintain it all listings if possible.

The size 960×720 is not good perfect for horizontal image. You can maintain settings size ratio based on settings https://pasteboard.co/77CGhiPZNmss.jpg
