The last post in this thread may also be describing a similar problem: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/remove-date-from-list-grouped-entries?replies=5
I agree with the original poster – I have also encountered this problem – specifically in the Widget. When I choose the “Number of events per page” as “days” in the Widget, it provides the date title as the original poster describes. However, I don’t want to show a certain days’ worth of events – I want to show a certain number of events, regardless of how many days apart they are. However, when I choose “events” under the “Number of events per page” option, there is no longer any date given for the display title.
If it is relevant, when I make these changes, I change them both in the Widget options and in the GCal events feed settings.
Bernd’s second post does provide a way to show the date, but is not always a logical/ideal way to show a calendar – often, we need to focus on the date.
Thanks for the help.
Yes, this also solved my issue – thank you!
I have this exact same question too!

In reply to: [Hemingway] Custom accent color not respected everywhere still?Hi Anders,
Thank you! I just updated the theme to version 1.47 and was happy to see that the custom accent color is now reflected in the widgets. Thanks so much for updating it so quickly!
All the best,

In reply to: [Hemingway] Custom accent color not respected everywhere still?Hi Anders,
Thanks for your quick reply. It is a widget from a plugin that I’m having trouble, so I wonder if it might be a widget-side issue. Is there a way to know? If it helps, the plugin is: Google Calendar Events, and you can see the issue in the sidebar at: https://uwin.washington.edu under “Upcoming Events”
If it is a widget-side issue, I’ll get in touch with the author to check in about it – which was actually my first instinct, until I saw that thread about other widgets having an issue with the custom link color. In the meantime, do you think it’s possible to override the CSS for all links to set the color?
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Hemingway] How to change menu text colorHi Anders,
Thanks for getting back to me about this – I appreciate it. Unfortunately, your suggestion didn’t work for me. I added the code via a custom CSS plugin that I know works (because it successfully implemented your suggestion for a different issue here), but it didn’t change the color of the menu text. I tried a bunch of different colors just to be sure. Any thoughts as to why it might not be working?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Hemingway] Custom accent color not respected everywhereI’m not sure if the update has gone through or yet, but I’m still finding that changes in the accent color is not reflected in widget links.
I’m also finding the change in accept color isn’t reflected in the color used when you highlight text with the cursor. I didn’t actually realize the accent color was reflected there (and I only find it works in Chrome – not in Firefox), but it still highlights with the typical greenish color even though I’ve changed the accent color.
Thanks for any help.

In reply to: [Hemingway] Change Link/URL Color in CSS / a Few Quick QuestionsI think this link may cover how to increase the content area after removing the sidebar: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-increasing-the-width-of-content-in-no-sidebar-template
As for the link colors, do you only have access via FTP, or can you access the WordPress dashboard as well? If you can access the dashboard, you can change the link color under Appearance > Customize > change the ‘accent color’. Haven’t looked into where that is in the CSS code, though, so can’t be of too much help there. Good luck!
