– Which version of WordPress, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Admin have you installed?
– Which browser and version do you use?
In order to get reports show data, you need to run the import tool under Analytics > Settings > Import Historical Data and click Start. You will need your server to automatically run Scheduled Actions. In order to know if they are running, you can go to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions > Pending and verify there are no import tasks there. If there are, you can run them manually. In order for them to be run automatically, you will need to contact your server provider, since it’s probably an issue with the server setup.

We are currently doing some improvements to the import tool that will make it more reliable and better report issues in the following versions.
In the meanwhile, you can try if importing the data again fixes the issue:
– Go to Analytics > Settings.
– In the period selector make sure you have All selected and Skip previously imported customers and orders is unchecked. Then, click on Start.
That will import all your data again, so it might take a while if your store has a lot of orders and customers.
Also, make sure you don’t have Pending tasks waiting in WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions.

It sounds like your WP Cron is not running automatically in your store and that’s why jobs are not running and you get a long list of pending tasks in Scheduled Actions.
You can run them manually one by one. To run them automatically, you might need to contact with your server provider since it’s probably a server setup issue.

Hi @joelalexandersson, thanks for testing WooCommerce Admin. This plugin shouldn’t affect the Edit Product page neither the process to upload an image. Could you please share with us the following information in order to better diagnose the bug?
– WordPress, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Admin versions you have installed.
– Other plugins (besides WooCommerce and WooCommerce Admin) you have installed in your store.
– In which step does the upload process fail? Can you select a file from your computer? Does the file appear in
/wp-content/uploads/
? Any further details you can give us about what you see when it fails will be helpful for us.Thank you in advance!
