In reply to: [WooCommerce] Link to external shop (Amazon)Hi there, @cilnius,
WooCommerce allows you to create External products, those are products that let you showcase items that are sold on other websites. Instead of selling the product directly through your store, this product type provides a link to the external product page. My understanding is that this is precisely what you are looking for. ??
Here there is a guide on how to create an External product using WooCommerce.
Hope it helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Discount for woocommerce accountsHey there, @isabella92,
You will need an additional plugin to achieve this functionality. Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce seems to be the perfect fit, one of the options is to have different discounts per user role.
Hope that helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Checkout doesn’t show in 2 columnsHey there @ferreirex, this might happen if the theme you are using has a narrow main content area. When this happens, the Checkout block defaults to one column so it fits in the available space.
To solve this, you can change the width of the Checkout block to Wide. You can find this option in the block toolbar:

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Mini-Cart, bloat deluxe?Hey there, @madjedo. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. In fact, this is not an issue, but the expected behavior of the Mini Cart block.
The reason why the Mini Cart block preloads those scripts, is to ensure they are ready when the shopper interacts with the Mini Cart, guaranteeing there is no waiting time between clicking the Mini Cart button and the Mini Cart drawer opening.
Regarding the performance considerations, allow me to point out a couple of things:
* the scripts are downloaded after the page is loaded and finished rendering
* they don’t block or slow down page rendering, and they shouldn’t affect negatively the performance of the page: they are downloaded in the background, but not executed
* once they have been downloaded once, the scripts will be in the browser cache, so in practice they are only downloaded on the first page the shopper visitsIf you want to know more, this mechanism is explained in detail in this post: How does WooCommerce Blocks render interactive blocks in the?frontend?
Hope that helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order new and second-hand productsHi there, @nibfreelancer, thanks for contacting us!
What is the best way to separate them (new and second hand)? for collections? tags? categories?
My understanding is that you would like some feedback from us on the best way to categorize products based on whether they are new or second hand, is that correct?
I don’t think there is a “correct” answer to your question because there are several ways to achieve that and all of them will work.
Given that you are already using Product categories for your products (cold, hot, cooking, etc.), I would suggest using Product tags to label your products as New or Second hand. That will allow you to keep concepts separated. However, notice using Product categories would be completely fine as well, given that a product can be assigned to more than one category.
An alternative option, which is more complex because it requires writing custom code, would be to create a custom Product taxonomy named “Product Status (New/Second hand)” that would serve this specific purpose.
My last suggestion, in case you would like to allow users to filter products by New/Second hand status, would be to use Product Attributes. You can find more information about Product Attributes in this page:
https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#product-attributes

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WoocommerceHi there, @emmarodam, thanks for reaching out to us!
Can someone please tell me how I change the text on the blue button on my product page
My understanding is that you would like to change the “Tilf?j til kurv” text (Add to Cart in English) to something else in the product page, right?
In order to achieve that, you will need to write custom code. You can find some documentation in this page:
https://woocommerce.com/document/change-add-to-cart-button-text/
how I can get a label that says ‘News’ on my product image?
I see you would also like to add a “News” label to your product images, is that correct?
That’s a feature that is not included in WooCommerce by default (it includes labels for products on sale, but not for new products). However, you can add custom labels to products with an external extension. Some that might be worth checking out:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order Confirmation PageHi there @danielchan23, thanks for reaching out to us!
You are contacting the forum support for WooCommerce, but reading your post I think your question refers to NextMove Lite – Thank You Page for WooCommerce, so I would suggest posting it in their support forums. This way, they will be able to help you with your issue.
You can find it here:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product are not displaying properlyHi there @vladimirk87, thanks for contacting us!
My understanding is that you would like to display 20 products per page instead of 14, is that correct?
If you go to the admin, Appearance > Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Catalog, you should be able to tweak how many products are displayed per page changing the number of “Products per row” and number of “Rows per page”. In you case, I guess you would like to have 4 product per row and 5 rows per page.
Let us know if that helps!
