Thank you. I can’t beleive I didn’t work that out lol. But, I’ve now ran into an issue. When I don’t have my store tab selected in the shop page section, when you click on to the store tab on my website, it looks like I want it too, how I designed it (https://freeimage.host/i/JWHweXj) But, when I do select the store option in the shop page drop down menu, the whole layout changes (https://freeimage.host/i/JWHwbrN).

Is there a way for me to sort this?

I am using the Sonaar theme. I’ve tried using a different theme to see if that makes a difference but it still does the same thing. When you hover over “visit site” and “visit store”, they both point toward the home page of my website. How do I declare my store? I’m sure I’ve missed something real simple.

I do have Elementor Pro. A friend of mine found a workaround, but if there were some custom CSS I could input into Elementor to eradicate the gaps I’m sure it would be better than how my friend has done it, as he said it was a bit “hacky”, the way he accomplished it.

It’s only when in mobile setting that the gaps really show up.

It’s literally just popped up with this now: The backup succeeded (with warnings) and is now complete (Jan 04 20:20:33)

The 26th backup was done via the WP Admin tools, not UpDraft.

I’ve tried both the regular backup in the WP Admin tools (that one does what I’ve mentioned above), and also tried UpDraft Plus, which just keeps saying “very large file encountered”….it aborts uploading that particular file, but it happens quite often (I have WAV file albums available on my website), and just ends up being stuck.

The last website backup was around 6.5GB, so it shouldn’t be timing out or anything because of the size right?

Thanks lisa. I have installed localwp, and now I just have to get a zip of my database SQL file, and also my WP Content folder from Ionos. Then I can import my existing site. Once I do that, do I click onto the WP Admin button within localwp, and go about the steps below….

So, are these the correct steps?

01: Import my current site into localwp (it currently has the Astra theme).

02: Click the WP Admin button to go to the WordPress dashboard.

03: Install my new theme over the top of the Astra theme.

04: Then go through and add my content back, with the new theme.

I got confused on that last part, as a friend said I should be able to pull the content from my site, and it show up within the new theme, but when I installed the new theme over the top of my last one, it wiped all my content, and the theme came with whatever content it had. Basically just placeholder tabs, with info about music artists etc. So, I could see what my content would look like within that theme, but does that mean I would have to go page by page, inputting my content back in? That’s not an issue of course, I’m just checking before I do it.

And I think I have 200GB limit to uploading media, that should suffice (it’s mainly mp3 files, so shouldn’t take up a lot of space, even with about 16 albums worth give or take.

I was getting to grips with Visual Composer, and was starting to get used to the workflow, and regularly updated the site myself, but I badly needed a refresh and update it, and don’t want to have to wait for my friend (who originally done the site), to be available when I need something added/updated, so, here I am haha.

I’ll give it a go, and contact Ionos too, see if they can help me with the PHP module. Thanks for your help dude, it’s really appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I contacted Ionos, who fixed the DMARC issue I had. I’ve made a thread regarding the cache issue in the dedicated WP Super Cache forum, and now I’m just stuck on the PECL PHP Extension part.

I’ve looked at some YouTube videos, and they all mention cPanel. I’m not sure if that is a hosting site, but as I mentioned, I use Ionos, and the only settings I can see regarding PHP settings, is the ability to go from version 8.1, to 8.2. That seems like a logical thing to do, although next to 8.1, it says “recommended”, so I’m hesitant to change it, unless I know it’s safe to do so.
