category images in not available. It is king of difficult as well. if you look at the current structure it goes like:

cat->subcat->subsubcat|cat2->subcat2|cat3->subcat3

incorporating the image in here i think is rather difficult. What would you propose?

Try changing your separator in the settings page.

This happens if the csv dos not contain a post_title.

if you disable merging, categories are overwritten. But than you have to be sure to import every field!

when you use the URL, it always imports and therfor you can end up with double images. The reason for this is that:

* after you import you do not know the original url anymore and can not see if the image is already there
* images might have the same name so the name can not be used.

For now this is how it is until somebody has a good solution ??

If they are on the website, and al already in the media manageer of wordpress, why not use the filename instead of the url?

After you import you have an import log. This file holds a lot of information. If you enable debug in the settings page, you get a dump of every processed row as well.
