I was able to reproduce this situation on a test site. Unfortunately it appears to be a weakness in our automatic packing algorithm in that it doesn’t “see” that the 4 soaps can fit in the smaller box.

I’ve opened an issue for us to try to come up with a fix or better workaround for you, but I don’t have an ETA on when we will be able to do so.

Please try this:

Navigate to the export personal data page.
Open the Javascript console tool in your browser.
Select the network tab in that tool.
Clear the log.
Hit the export personal data link for the admin account.

Which request 404s? The very first one? What params are being sent? You should see things like exporter (an int), page (also an int), id (the request id), action (wp-privacy-export-personal-data), etc

For a registered user, after erasing their personal data, follow up with deleting the user using the flow WordPress already included for that. In a future version we’ll likely be adding an action to the erasure request row to quickly start that Delete User flow.

Hi kptgreg – I’m sorry the new version did not get things working. There should have been no changes needed on your end besides installing and activating the new version. I am thinking that the error may look the same, but might be slightly different with the new version.

Would you reply with the exact text of the error you are getting now with 0.9.4?

Hi kptgreg! We’ve reproduced the problem. There is a bug in our code that happens when free shipping is used during checkout that causes the “packages” error you are getting. We are working on fixing it now and will give you an update when it is resolved.

We think we have identified the bug. If a store owner connects to PayPal Powered by Braintree, but doesn’t make any changes to the settings for the plugin, the gateway will appear to be enabled when it is not fully enabled.

Please proceed to wp-admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > PayPal Powered by Braintree and hit the Save Changes button (it is not necessary to make any changes) as a workaround. After doing that, checkouts should work correctly.

We are working on an updated version of the plugin that corrects this bug.

You should see an top-level menu item in your dashboard for “Seamless Donations” after the Settings top-level menu item. If you don’t, another plugin may be conflicting with Seamless Donations. Try deactivating other plugins one at a time to find the conflict.
