Hi, I love the Futuristica theme and have just used it for a sci-fi author’s new website. I’m having problems with changing the permalinks though, and wondered if anyone could help? Seems that although the changes look ok in edit mode, when you view the site the links still show the page id# as the permalink. There are only pages, no posts. Any ideas what I can do? Thanks a lot.

I too am having the same problem. Site using 1.5.9 is fine, but one I am working on using 1.6.5 does not show header. Am a bit concerned that Kit’s site is showing an error page – hope he’s okay! I love Brunelleschi and it looks beautiful for my work, but I need it to be consistent. Stick it out or move to another theme? Would appreciate advice from you more experienced people out there. @esmi: My most profuse apologies. I did not mean to be impolite, merely acknowledging a similar problem as a means of providing information to volunteers which may help in generating an answer for Johnny82. I consider myself well and truly reprimanded.

I’m having a similar problem using the Gridly theme. The page inserts the word “Protected:” before the page title when you access it. But it doesn’t prompt for the password. The strange thing is that it prompts for the password when you create it, but on accessing later it seems to drop back to public view. Hope someone can help. Do I need a separate plug-in? Thanks but I tried this too. It didn’t work?? Maybe I’ll have another go and let you know how it works out. Perhaps I did something wrong.
