Here that is interesting: on the homepage the only post is displayed — the category of this post is not featured! I thought that matter in Cyrillics and appointed to three posts the category “category1” and appointed it as featured (you watch a screenshot: https://s020.radikal.ru/i701/1506/7f/853ccae05020.png).
But always same: the only one post on Homepage and absolutely foreign category.

I tried different options.
I chose in the wordpress settings static pages for the Homepage and the Blog.
I chose also “your last posts”.
The slider all the same doesn’t appear.
In the first case Homepage is empty, the Blog page all my records are visible.
In the second case on Homepage all my posts are displayed, and the Blog page becomes empty.

I simply use HTML code in records. For example, for dropcap:
<span class="dropcap"> </span>
And for quotes:

<span class="pullquote-left"> </span>
<span class="pullquote-right"> </span>

But if I try to use short-codes, but not html, it doesn’t work for some reason.
I disconnected all plug-ins just in case and checked — all the same doesn’t work.

The problem is solved with tabs — one of plug-ins clashed with a template.

I understood: tabs didn’t work because I made a mistake in a code .css, now this error is corrected. But there was other mistake: tabs work only at the homepage (https://allpa.ru), at all other pages don’t work (for example, it is possible to look on this page, left сайдбар: https://allpa.ru/vy-znaete-kak-ludi-starejut/).
